Getting Started

How do I create my first quote? Tap "+ New Quote" in the app and build it manually, or use Photo to Quote to let Tradmin draft line items for you.

Do I need to add customers manually? No. When you create a quote or job, you can add a new customer on the spot and Tradmin will remember their details.

Can I use Tradmin offline? Yes. Your jobs, quotes, and notes will sync automatically once you are back online.

Payments

How do I get paid through the app? Tradmin uses Stripe to handle payments securely. Once your Stripe setup is complete, you can send payment links and accept cards directly.

Is customer payment information secure? Yes. We never store card details directly. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant provider.

Can I log bank transfers? Yes. You can upload a transfer confirmation screenshot and Tradmin will log the payment against the correct invoice.

Jobs & Scheduling

What happens if I double-book a job? Tradmin warns you before confirming overlapping jobs, so you can adjust the time or continue if you are covered.

Can I check profitability while I work? Yes. Every job shows a live margin tracker comparing quoted price to costs logged so far.

Account & Data

How do I delete my account? Email us at [email protected] with the subject "Delete My Account", and we will process your request within 30 days in line with our Privacy Policy.
